What if I live in Canada?

A:

We generally ship to Canada using US Mail.  If your order contains particularly heavy items which cannot be covered by the flat rate of $2.95 , we will email you an invoice for the additional shipping amount prior to shipping the package.  You are responsible for any VAT charges that may be charged by your government.   We will include a copy of the invoice with the package for customs.  Please note that orders to Canada must clear Canadian custom and can take longer than orders shipped within the US.  Most orders to Canada will arrive within 5 to 15 business days.

What exchange rate will be used?

A:

All prices you see are in US dollars.  We will charge your credit card in US dollars.  Your credit card company will do the conversion based on their guidelines.  In general, it will be the bank's rate of exchange for the day the charge took place.  Additional payment information.
