A belt up to 2" wide can be threaded through the belt loop vertically.

If you wish to use the case horizontally, a belt up to 1-1/8" wide will fit thru the belt loop horizontally.

The belt clip will work with belts of any width or even with no belt at all if it is clip onto a bag or pants.
